Plaid is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to help us evolve our customer Dashboard to the next level. Our Dashboard is our primary platform for customer experience - it's where customers onboard, launch, monitor their integration, view their bills, & so on. It's the Plaid consoleā for thousands of FinTech developers, product managers, & business leaders. This is an awesome opportunity to take charge of Plaid's customer HQ as we grow, scale & evolve as a business.
Holistically owning our Dashboard means serving as a platform lead for its overall platform strategy; redesigning & updating its UX; ensuring that vertical teams can self-serve as much of their Dashboard needs as possible; delivering on high priority Dashboard features; building out instrumentation & analytics for in-Dashboard user behaviors; & more.
