About the role:
You will be working in a small & ambitious team that handles all requests for new consultants to Klarna. Their job starts with reaching out to suppliers asking for new talent, on to negotiating prices & sending out contracts, then the full onboarding process & eventually an extension or termination of the contract/offboarding. Your daily work will mainly consist of administrative work but also a lot of contact with both internal & external stakeholders. In order to succeed in this role you need to be both service minded & social, but also efficient with a great eye for detail.
As Klarna is growing fast this is a team with a high number of requests where things move just as fast. Embracing change & willingness to work with several tasks at once will make success in this role happen.
