Your role in our mission

Given our unique relationships with residents, Alfred launched the high-impact opportunity for brands to market to consumers authentically within their homes.  With a rapidly expanding footprint across 20 U.S. cities, were unlocking a channel for brands to tell their stories in the context of resident lives & efficiently put products in the hands of consumers.  The critical role of Brand Partnerships Director will be responsible for building relationships within key brand categories & driving brand sponsorship sales goals.

How youll help us be successful

As the Brand Partnerships Director, you will own the brand partner pipeline & be responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets . Key aspects of this role include:

  • Build growth strategies for the assigned advertiser categories
  • Identify & develop relationships with key decision makers across brand clients & advertising & promotional agencies to prospect sales opportunities
  • Understand brand client business needs that match with Alfred capabilities including in-home promotion, sampling, & experiential programming
  • Work closely with the Partnerships & Marketing teams to ensure proposals & pitches are consistent with business objectives & performance targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline & accurately forecast upcoming business opportunities

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 8+ years of work experience within Advertising Sales & Brand Marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
  • Experience pitching & winning business within Consumer Packaged Goods & Beverage categories preferred
  • Exceptional resourcefulness, organizational, & problem solving skills
  • Strong communication & presentation skills; a natural influencer
