Wattpad WEBTOON Studios (WWS) is seeking an exceptionally curious & capable Operations Manager to accelerate the growth of its global entertainment & publishing businesses. Reporting to the VP, Operations & in close collaboration with many roles across the Studio, you will be responsible for quickly & continually elevating the capacity of the Studio in all directions. An essential precursor to our rapid team growth in 2022, you'll make an immediate impact by ensuring smooth onboarding & by unlocking potential across our existing business operations. As a result, this is a necessarily fluid & adaptive role that will evolve alongside the growth of the Studio: Specific duties will shift from quarter to quarter or even faster. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interpersonal excellence, a knack for sensible problem solving, & a high capacity to grow alongside this evolving business.
