Overview

As the Global Website Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of Rithums public website. You ensure the website stays highly optimized for organic search (SEO), attracting an audience that has commercial intent & fits our ICP. You optimize the site to convert visitors through on-page optimizations & CRO initiatives such as personalization, chatbots, etc. You work with contributors from across the company to keep all of the sites content accurate & up to date. You are a key contributor to the companys demand generation growth goals & strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming content requests using the companys ticketing system, self-assigning tickets from the queue, & working to deliver updates efficiently.
  • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders from Marketing, Product Marketing & beyond to ensure that website content is accurate & represents the company & its products correctly.
  • Ensure content conforms to established standards (for text lengths, image dimensions, look & feel, tone of voice, etc.) & has gone through stringent search optimization processes.
  • Assemble text & images into WordPress pages & posts, cleaning & tidying code as necessary, & ensuring nothing is missing (e.g. meta descriptions, OpenGraph images, etc.).
  • Maintain supporting assets for the website including images, animations, illustrations & videos
  • Stage, proof & refine pages following feedback from contributors, keeping all parties on-track & informed of feedback/publishing deadlines.
  • Manage & meet deadlines for go-live with little supervision, announcing major site updates internally.
  • Advise Marketing Operations of all new site content so that it can be tracked correctly through Marketo programs & Salesforce campaigns.
  • Keep a catalog of pages that require regular updates & prompt colleagues for updates to those pages on a predefined cadence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to bolster & diversify lead generation originating from the website using technologies such as Drift, online demos, etc.
  • Develop & implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search rankings & increase website traffic. Stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes & continuously optimize on-page & technical SEO.
  • Develop effective CRO tactics that optimize user engagement & lead generation on the website using personalization & multi-variate testing.
  • Monitor website performance through Google Analytics, Trendemon & other company dashboard platforms, proactively finding areas of high performance & opportunities for optimization & marketing ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize performance across digital channels.

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management & SEO.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing content in Wordpress is a pre-requisite
  • A thorough working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, & an SEO optimization platform such as SEM Rush.
  • Detail-oriented in reviewing both visual & text content
  • Excellent written English language skills, & strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of contributing to digital marketing strategy & improving website performance, SEO rankings, & conversion rates.
  • Excellent project management skills & the ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Prior experience managing global website initiatives & working in multicultural environments.
  • Experience of Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, Wistia, Trendemon, Google Tag Manager a plus
