The Newsela Customer team is responsible for creating shared value between Newsela & its current & prospective clients. In this newly created role, you will assist in the day-to-day management of crucial Newsela cross-departmental projects that help the Customer team meet its quarterly & annual goals. Your work may cover anything from assisting with the selection & implementation of new business processes, to calendaring enablement communications to the Customer Org, to analyzing synthesizing & reporting department progress towards quarterly revenue & enablement goals. Youll help ensure projects are on time & on budget, & act as the key point of contact between senior leaders, accountable project leads, & other stakeholders. Youll also help identify potential problems, facilitate solutions, & communicate next steps to ensure were delivering the best possible Customer Experience to Newsela clients & prospects across the country.

Your 2+ years of experience have given you robust knowledge of time management, project coordination, & prioritization strategies have enabled you to successfully execute projects on time & within scope. Youre also familiar with Agile development processes & terminology, & have used them to effectively influence technical & non technical teams to keep projects on track. Youre an effective communicator who always seeks input from key stakeholders to drive alignment & deep understanding of the project at hand, while providing transparency & key information to all teammates from engineers to product managers, to exec team members. Bonus points if youve worked with Monday.com, Salesforce, MindTickle, HighSport or other Sales enablement platforms.
