We're looking for Senior Technical Talent Managers (aka Senior Technical Recruiters) for our technology organization who can connect Eventbrite's vision, mission & story to inspire & evolve Eventbrite's recruiting processes. You'll partner with hiring managers in your region (US, EMEA, or LATAM) to find the best technical talent for Eventbrite's Eng, Product, & Design orgs.

As a Senior Technical Talent Manager/recruiter you will own the entire hiring lifecycle for the teams/positions/orgs you support. You will be responsible for defining & executing a clear talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a diverse & steady pipeline of qualified, interested, & available candidates for a variety of technical roles/skillsets. You will be a true talent advisor & partner to the technical leaders & hiring managers, advising on how to identify & attract talent to Eventbrite that meet today & tomorrow's talent needs. You are open to innovating your approach to ensure we are hiring right & not just fast, while consistently delivering against the desired hiring demand.

We will lean on you to role model best practices & share new learnings with the rest of the team as we grow. You're a pro at sourcing, assessing, & closing candidates, not because you're great at sales, but because you understand the business need, the candidate's motivations, & can thoughtfully piece it together into a win for the candidate & a win for Eventbrite.
