We are hiring a Senior Manager - Retention to our Partnership team in Munich!


  • Help us to develop our Partnership Network
  • Key Account Management of our most important Partners
  • Develop & secure our Partnership Network
  • Become the go to person regarding new & existing target Gyms across multiple sectors
  • Continually seek & take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at industry events.
  • Roll-up your sleeves & help when needed.


  • A true team player who loves working towards both team & individual goals with at least +5 years experience inConsulting, Key Account Management or High potential Sales
  • You have the ability to work both autonomously & collaborate in a team environment
  • A self-starter who can multi-task & adapt to a fast-growing organization
  • You enjoy working on multiple priorities & projects
  • A strong communicator with Team lead experience
  • You are experienced in price & contract negotiations
