The Senior Support Analyst is responsible for providing best-in-class customer service for a specific portfolio of Public Market customers, including Pre-IPO Enterprise customers & Public customers.

This role will be responsible for adhering to Service Level Agreements, conducting case reviews & training sessions with assigned customers, & proactively communicating captable errors & cleanup needs by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products, programs, & equity. Individuals in this role will serve as subject matter experts for others within the Support Team & will utilize their knowledge to assist in strategic decisions & manage projects through to completion.
