What You'll Do

• Continue growing as technical leader on a software development team following Scrum processes
• Work with large, disparate datasets, finding interesting ways to fit them together & implementing innovative projects that expand on their usefulness
• Drive technical designs that align with strategic organizational goals
• Hone your ability to communicate constructively, courteously, & professionally
• Contribute to our culture of collaborate & compromise

Who You Are

• You have
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
    OR
  • Comparable experience in a software engineering role
• Several years of experience in a software engineering role focusing on APIs & data transformations or related work
• You have deep knowledge of at least one programming language, & you are familiar with & excited to use Java
• You have strong familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP), & you are ready to work in the AWS ecosystem
• You have significant experience with multiple variants of SQL & NOSQL
• You consider yourself well-versed in ETL, ELT, & ETLT, & are intrigued to apply this knowledge in the domain of organic internet data
• You bring an applied understanding of distributed system design & capacity planning, & you are ready to tackle harder problems
