Job Description:

We are looking for a data-driven revenue driver who will be responsible for building & scaling a team of admissions advisors for some of the top Universities in the country. The ideal candidate will be numbers driven, motivational & thrives in a player/coach environment. We must hit our numbers/goals, but only with students we can employ. We will have 100% placement rate.

What Will You Do:

  • You will hire, build, manage, & train a team of 20+ advisors. You will be in charge of making sure your team hits their daily & monthly goals. You will also ensure that they receive continual training within their role.
  • Motivate your team. Your team will sometimes be on the phone for 8+ hours/days & sometimes they will be having 150+ dials with no answer. It is your job ensure they do not burn out. You will do this by helping them maintain constant enthusiasm & understanding / driving our mission.
  • Numbers, Numbers, Numbers. You are responsible for making sure that our classes fill & that our Cost Per Enrollment (CPE) is below target. Identify red flags, recommendations for optimization & drive up conversion rates through all points in the funnel.
  • Brand Ambassador. Your team will be representing the most prestigious university brands. Upholding our brands is of the utmost importance. You will be in charge of continual QA to make sure we are properly representing these brands.
  • Growth Advisor. Your team will be hungry to grow within Trilogy. They speak to the Trilogys core values & are the heart of the company. Help them grow to be the best possible advisor so that they can eventually move into different positions within the company.
  • Site management which includes but is not limited to; managing staff & keeping everything within the guidelines of the lease, furniture procurement, office supplies, & technical support.

Ideal Candidate: Must Haves

  • 3-5+ years proven experience in Admissions Management
  • Experience rolling out Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Inspire & Motivate. We want you to channel your inner Tony Robbins.
  • Exceptional closing skills while still remaining welcoming, understanding, & empathetic
  • Crazy hustler who has the desire to work in a chaotic, fast-paced environment.
  • Driven by meeting numbers & experience exceeding goals.
  • Understanding of technology, coding languages & how to "speak" it / taken a coding course or 2

REALLY Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
