Talent Acquisition Specialist/Executive (Northern Europe & CEE)

Teads is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Executive to join our growing HR team. This individual will be based on our London office (hybrid work possible) & responsible for supporting all talent activities for our teams across Northern & Central & Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Full life cycle recruiting to manage hiring across multiple departments & countries (Northern Europe & Central & Eastern Europe)
  • Generate a pipeline of highly qualified, diverse candidates to be considered for key roles
  • Manage job postings in Greenhouse & externally to various career sites & job boards
  • Assist in standardising pre (and post) recruitment experience, including interview questions per hiring manager & department for each role
  • Coordinate, schedule & confirm interviews with candidates, hiring teams, & executives
  • Conduct interviews & gather feedback to share with hiring managers
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process for the hiring teams & candidates
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates & internal teams
  • Manage other special projects/assignments as needed


  • Solid experience with the full life cycle of recruitment, ideally within media or ad tech
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Previous experience working with an ATS, Greenhouse experience a plus
  • A great communicator, demonstrate strong ability to embrace & adapt to changes & learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail & process oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidential information & operate with integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
  • Fluent level in English. German, Dutch, Polish or Czech a plus
