CarGurus is looking for a Business Development Representative to engage with our outbound customer base in an activity driven role, which will build their sales savvy & eventually lead them to the opportunity to interview for a Dealer Account Executive Role. The successful candidate will have an adventurous demeanor, the ability to multi-task in a rapidly-changing working environment, strong interpersonal skills, & be proficient at regularly attaining quotas by adhering to a detailed & repeatable lead development process. Additionally, this individual will have to be open to mentor & training, as there is a large classroom aspect to this role, with multiple certifications to test for comprehension & strict daily & monthly activity metrics. Upon successful completion in the BDR I role, the individual will have the opportunity to become a BDR II & close their own outbound business in a preparation for interviewing as a Dealer Account Executive.
