Senior Director - ATS Channel Partnerships

Mission: Scale our ATS publisher strategy through key ecosystem partners

You will lead a team thats focused on educating both partners & publishers on the ATS offering.  You will lead the teams efforts to educate, map out & explain complex ecosystem workflows, create scalable repeatable go-to-market strategies & tactics, & establish an effective account planning framework that serves as the foundation for how strategy is developed & implemented.  

You will:

  • You will lead a team dedicated to scaling the ATS partner ecosystem
  • Create & execute a strategy to optimize ATS deployments through the partner ecosystem
  • Grow ATS publisher deployments through partners
  • Grow Authentication rates through partners
  • Identify new partner opportunities & work with team to craft business relationship parameters & contractual terms & conditions
  • Implement strategic account planning process
  • Establish & maintain key ecosystem relationships

Your team will: 

  • Create & deploy partner specific outreach campaigns to drive deployments through our partners 
  • Manage key partner relationships
  • Conduct bi-wkly meeting with key partners
  • Execute go-to-market strategies with key partners
  • Present ATS to key partners & co-present to their publisher customers
  • Manage key forecasting activities on a weekly basis
  • Track progress in various tools including SFDC

About you: 

  • 7-10 years in an external client-facing role (e.g. consulting, finance, sales, etc.), great EQ is essential.
  • Prior experience in leading a team, preferably a team of business development and/or sales professionals.
  • Prior experience in business/partner development in the Ad Tech/header bidding space
  • Scrappiness. We don't have all the answers, but you'll need to find them.
  • Excellent communication skills internally & externally. Prompt response & action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you.
  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking & proactive, no exceptions
