They had a simple idea: to make shopping for bulk-sized products easy, convenient & fun. Today, we deliver a first class e-commerce experience for everyday essentials across the country. We work out of our corporate headquarters in New York City, another corporate office in San Mateo, & our three fulfillment centers serving the country from New Jersey, Nevada & Texas.

Boxed is seeking a B2B Marketing Lead to join our marketing team, working closely with our Heads of Growth & B2B. Youll know youre the right person for this gig if you want to oversee the full cycle from demand & lead generation through retention & get your fingers into every step of the process.
The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven & focused on testing & iteration with a keen eye for what customers want & need. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive & will challenge us at every turn, asking tough questions & ensuring that the quality & personalization of our message is never sacrificed.
- Drive leads through paid/organic marketing & by working with the marketing team.
- Track & report on all B2B marketing initiatives across the company.
- Build custom forms, landing pages & configure our sales CRM for the sales team (ZoHo / Hubspot, etc.).
- Do individual analysis & work with data science team to grow AOV & LTV per customer.
- Build & deploy customer segmented email journeys driving the highest LTV per dollar spent.
- Do individual analysis, work with data science, & work with agencies to improve CAC / LTV.
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of B2B marketing experience. ecommerce experience preferable
- Experience with both Adwords & email journeys in Hubspot, Iterable or similar products
- Experience creating A/B tests & analyzing results
- Proficient in HTML/ CSS & email coding principles
- Team player that gets stuff done
