As an Associate Exec Ops Partner, you'll collaborate with three Superhuman leaders to boost productivity & oversee their daily administrative & operational needs. We're seeking an ambitious, organized partner to join our Executive Operations team!
ROLE

Unlock focus & productivity for our Heads of Product, Engineering & Customer by managing their daily, weekly, & quarterly calendar, including:
- Understanding their priorities & ensuring their calendar [aka how they spend their time] reflects them;
- Driving efficacy of meetings including: ensuring the right audience, the right pre-work, & every meeting is tied to an outcome in writing.
- Proactively identify & drive efficiency & accuracy including:
- removing double-bookings & days & weeks flow well.
- tracking time & identifying ways to improve

Partner with our EPD Leadership Team to drive our Engineering, Product, & Design Operating Cadence including:
- Ensuring Operating Cadence is effectively calendared & rhythm is well-thought through to align with our Company Operating Cadence in partnership with our Exec Ops Team;
- Helping prepare EPD specific culture rituals such as Fix-it-Fridays, monthly meetings, & Launch celebrations

Coordinate delight & team culture initiatives in partnership with our Heads of Product, Engineering & Customer, including:
- Proactively coordinating celebrations & delight for birthdays, anniversaries & employee milestones;
- Planning team culture events that connect people within these teams, either remotely or in person.

Collaborate with the Executive Operations team to carry out our teams mission: Unleash productivity & unlock whats possible through clarity, process, & partnership.

- Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in Administrative or Executive Assistant roles supporting multiple executives at startups or other fast-paced environments.

SALARY INFO
- The Associate Executive Operations Partner role may span a range of experience & expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background, local market data, & use a mix of technical & qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation as a part of the hiring process & be transparent throughout about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
- Our salaries for this role range based on location.
- New York & San Francisco metro areas: $58,000 - $63,000
- Boston, DC, LA, Seattle & similar cities: $52,000 - $60,000
- Denver, Chicago, Austin & similar cities: $50,000 - $58,000
- Smaller US metros: $47,000 - $55,000
- The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, & company stock options.
- We are open to candidates in the US within any time zone.
