We are excited to add an experienced Jr. Support Analyst to our growing team. In this role, you will bring front line technical support to end-users on a variety of technical issues & problems relating to hardware, software, peripherals, & audio/visual equipment in our SoHo office & satellite salons. Additionally, youll be responsible for responding to, documenting, & resolving support tickets in a timely manner.

What youll do:

  • Communicate across various levels within the company while managing projects effectively
  • Administer Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange
  • Take ownership & respond to, update, document, & close support tickets from end-users
  • Have skills & experience in troubleshooting both PC & Mac computers
  • Have skills & experience in a variety of audio/ video programs & applications such as Zoom, Sonos, Slack Calling, softphones, etc
  • Onboard new users & set up their computer according to company guidelines
  • Administer IT-related security protocols such as keycards & security cameras
  • Troubleshoot printer, copier, scanner issues
  • Troubleshoot mobile devices if necessary
  • Work with & troubleshoot Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, & be exceptionally knowledgeable in the areas of Calendar permissions & delegates
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Have experience with OneDrive & SharePoint
  • Have a general love & curious mind for all things IT
  • Have experience with Okta
  • Exercise sound judgment & a true team player
