How Youll Help Us To Be Successful

  • Prospecting, making presentations & closing sales on new client accounts & continuing to service the accounts after the sale
  • Identify & cultivate relationships with mid-tier real estate partners to drive building revenue & achieve monthly/quarterly closing targets in designated markets
  • Manage market expansion plans to achieve growth targets; serve as main point of contact prior to sale & successfully transition relationship to Account Management team with contract closing
  • Execute strategic expansion across key markets
  • Lead outbound sales efforts & inform all sales materials (i.e. case studies, presentation decks, etc.)
  • Build strong, long-lasting partnerships with property owners, developers & management groups
  • Work closely with Account Management to ensure happy clients & successful renewals
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Growth, Operations & Technology teams

Who you are

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in residential real estate and/or a real estate sales role
  • Understanding of residential real estate industry
  • Knowledge of real estate technology landscape & industry trends within RE-tech space
  • Background in underwriting & experience working for owners a plus
