Why TrueAccord?

Debt collection is failing consumers. Every year, 77 million Americans have negative experiences with the collections process, & they deserve a better approach - one that is more relevant, more digital, & less abrasive. That's why banks, lenders, & industry leaders are coming to TrueAccord for innovative solutions recovering outstanding receivables.

TrueAccord is a category-defining company. We combine machine learning with a human based approach to assist both clients & consumers through a challenging financial process. With a world-class leadership team, passionate & driven team members, & a diverse & growing client base, TrueAccord is well positioned for continued success. Come join our team & disrupt a multi-billion dollar industry that's been waiting for change.

The role & team:

We're looking for an experienced front-end engineer who has seen the rise & fall of several frameworks & understands the difference between what's trendy & what's effective. We're working on several greenfield projects while refactoring our front-end codebase, & need an experienced engineer to guide the process. The ideal candidate would understand how to make a good codebase with vanilla javascript, but wouldn't do it because there are better tools out there.

TrueAccord engineering team is a small group of highly productive technologists that appreciates clean & elegant solutions to large & messy real-world business problems. This is a phenomenal opportunity to join a company on the verge of the exponential phase of business growth. We are transforming the industry & fully expect to dominate it in a few short years.

Feel free to share your Github, blog, or any relevant projects that you've worked on. Apply now to make a huge impact in a growing organization!
