We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Network Development team. Youll join a talented & passionate team who enjoys working with our clients, solving tough problems, & improving the healthcare industry.

ABOUT THE JOB

The role

The job of our Client Success & Support team is to proactively create an environment where our clients & partners achieve success. Specifically, your mission as a Client Success Manager, Network Development is to provide tactical leadership & execution of projects for our Network Development clients. You will be responsible for owning the status of every project within your book of business from initiation to transition, while maintaining a high level of continuous communication, both interdepartmentally & with the client. Additionally, youll be responsible for building high quality business relationships with your clients that are built on trust, accountability, & competence with our end users & their managers.


The outcomes were looking for:

  • Lead the planning & implementation of project(s)
    • Create & manage project scope, timelines, expectations, & deliverables
    • Collaborate with network development recruiter leads, provide coaching & guidance during the project
    • Monitor & report project progress & recruiter productivity
    • Understand & educate clients about Medicare & Medicaid adequacy standards to support project outcomes
  • Proactive & action-oriented management of your book of business
    • Identify & understand your clients business objectives, SLAs & whats important to them
    • Communicate project updates & changes to all departments involved with the project (Recruiters, Product/IT, Network Analytics, Operations, Finance, Human Resources)
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects to all clients in your portfolio through strategic management tactics & by focusing on meeting the following metrics:
    • Higher than 75% of your portfolio has a positive health status (green) & have a clear strategy to move any yellow/red clients to green
    • 75% of your portfolio are referenceable clients
    • High client satisfaction scores as measured by NPS
    • Client projects are completed on time & within budget
    • Client work is recurring year over year
    • Ability to upsell/cross sell to expand current client revenue
  • Contribute to the Companys development & growth
    • Advocate for our clients needs internally to sales, product, & operations
    • Take ownership for 1-2 strategic priorities each quarter & deliver results
    • Identify needs or gaps in the ongoing education of service delivery, operational processes & industry/compliance knowledge to allow for continued development in internal & external training resources

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience directly managing network development projects
  • 2+ years in project management
  • Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Engaging presentation skills for regular client meetings, virtually & in-person
  • Team player with a passion for making an impact
  • Willingness to learn & grow client facing skills
  • Ability to travel 10% of time for client visits
  • Bachelors Degree
