Why we need you: 

PagerDuty (Rundeck) is currently seeking a highly driven Senior Manager, Deal Desk Operations to join our global sales team.  In this role, you will be responsible for actively working with sales, customer success, finance, & other cross-functional teams for deal structuring & commercial terms for complex enterprise deals. This role is a true value-add partner & considered the business liaison to the field sales organization. You will help us turn this function into a well-documented & scalable program that can expand as the business grows. The position offers the opportunity to join a team focused on designing & executing process improvement initiatives that align sales efforts to global strategies. The Senior Manager, Deal Desk Operations is a new position that will be critical to our continued growth. The key responsibilities will revolve around cross functional management, operational excellence, & strategic planning, but the initial focus will be on improving our internal procedures that support the sales process.
