About the Role

iCapital Network is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to join our Client Solutions team. The Internal Sales Associate will play an integral part in selling iCapital solutions by developing new contacts at advisory firms while also working with existing clients to drive better adoption. You will provide a high level of service to ensure that clients, especially new clients, have an excellent experience using iCapitals platform & working with our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an expert on the Investor Relations process & iCapital technology platform, & provide demos, pitch, & sell funds. This role will report to a Regional Director Senior Vice President.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Regional Director Senior Vice President to help the region increase sales revenue by coordinating meetings with potential clients & prospects.
  • Provide materials, educational information, metrics, & fund performance information to clients upon request.
  • Manage the registration onboarding process for RIAs on the main platform, including setting each firm up on the back end, notifying salespeople when clients register, & adding clients to Salesforce.
  • Ensure clients within your territory are aware of closing dates & follow up to confirm that all possible investments are closed.
  • Work with the Fund Management & Research, Fund Finance, & Investor Relations teams to respond promptly to client questions & provide additional fund information.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of internal sales experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of Alternative Investments is a plus but not required
  • Series 7 & 63 license are preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to generate new leads through both phone & email communication
  • Client focused with outstanding judgment, critical thinking & communication skills, & persuasive consultative selling skills
  • Able to develop internal & external relationships, partner with various internal departments, & foster teamwork
  • Organized & detailed-oriented when managing requests from prospects & clients
  • Willingness to learn new topics & work in a fast paced, rapidly growing company
