This role is based in NYC but fully remote is allowed if you live in the United Kingdom or one of the following states: MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, FLA, IL, TX, or CA.

At 1stDibs our supply refers to the sellers on our platform. We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the pre-Sales Supply Strategy & Operations at 1stDibs by supporting the Seller Acquisition teams. As part of this role, you will handle important day-to-day tasks that increase & optimize sellers & sales on the 1stDibs platform, act as the Salesforce.com (SFDC) main point of contact for the Supply teams, & be responsible for providing & driving insights to improve the companys Supply Operations. This person is not the 1stDibs Salesforce administrator, but a Salesforce super-user who acts as the go-to person for all Supply/Sales team needs.
We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, self-motivated, & resourceful individual who will be an advocate for seller success on the 1stDibs marketplace & maintaining a healthy inventory supply. This person must be a strong communicator (both written & verbal), have experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), love working with people on cross-functional processes & projects, & be able to remain professional & helpful under pressure. The role will report to our Senior Director, Supply Strategy & Operations, & will work closely with our Sales Executives, Product Marketing team, Partner Managers, & internal team of category specialists & curators.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, facilitate, and/or support the pre-sales operational processes of the Supply/Seller organization & its related seller lifecycle (acquisition to onboarding to optimization), which involves seamless collaboration with a broad range of internal & external team members
- Act as the lead Salesforce.com (SFDC) point of contact for all internal Supply (Sales/Seller) teams, involving but not limited to:
- Creation & maintenance of monthly & ad hoc SFDC reports & dashboards;
- Definition, rollout, & optimization of operational processes managed in SFDC;
- Liaison with the Sales Automation team & SFDC Product team on SFDC changes, enhancements, & troubleshooting needs;
- Bulk changes, data cleanup, & investigative projects
- Extract & summarize data via various BI tools ( Looker, SFDC, etc),, & deliver insights on Supply team metrics & processes
- Strategize & streamline the multiple of areas within the seller lifecycle including, but not limited to: seller lead review, assignments, sales, activations, & inventory optimization
- Complete Supply-related ad hoc projects & initiatives as needed
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years experience in either a sales support, operations, or customer service role
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com & Google suite are key
- Experience with Looker and/or other BI tools preferred
- Exceptional communication (written & oral), presentation, listening & organization skills
- Superb attention to detail, organizational skills, & timeliness
- Willingness to pitch in to help the team with unforeseen needs & be solution-oriented
- Ability to navigate ambiguity & proactively seek solutions
- Comfort in & willingness to communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Experience working with luxury goods or strong interest in e-commerce a plus
