The Client Solutions & Delivery group is the Taboolas professional services based in the regional hubs across the world.

The group is working on some truly interesting technical challenges with our platinum & tier 1 clients, & own all activities from pre sale to launch, while managing large enterprise-level implementations.

As we scale & grow, were looking for a true leader to manage our Professional Services team;

In this role, you will be providing a vision & subsequent strategic & tactical business plan to take our current implementation capability to the level of a highly effective professional services organisation driving consistent levels of customer satisfaction


Manage a group of 13 employees, including direct management of senior Solution managers & Team leaders
Develop relationships with Account Management, Sales Management & Regional Directors of EMEA region, work hand in hand with the business management team
Manage through data driven approach, monitor key KPIs & report on operational activities including time to launch, partner satisfaction, efficiency, quality etc
Ability to build & maintain relationships with Key Enterprise Accounts
Ability to coach, train & develop people in their Professional & personal ambitions.
Coaching the team to deliver optimal services to our clients whilst getting hands-on with our largest deployments
Driving proactive, high-quality communication between the teams & our customers, including managing escalations if required
Encouraging an inquisitive learning environment to ensure the team implements improvements based on industry best-practices & project retrospectives
Overseeing, reviewing & contributing to RFPs, RFIs, SOWs & other sales-related documents


A must - proven experience in a Senior Professional Services role - leading a team of varying skill set
Strong team player, but still a self-starter with the will & ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Experience in managing managers, provide mentoring, coaching, & guideline to managers & senior professional services experts a s part of the day to day work.
Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated & creative to meet the needs of the Account Management teams
Experience leading & shaping client requirements towards scalable solutions
Mentoring, developing & coaching skills, to help your team to reach their full potential
Experience in delivering a highly bespoke enterprise product with a strong technical mindset (knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS)
