Who We're Searching For
We are seeking a Tier II Support Engineer who will develop technical solutions & workarounds to support internal delivery teams with issues they escalate from our clients. You will play a central role in identifying these challenges & formulating potential solutions with the opportunity for your responsibilities to grow & expand as you gain experience & expertise. Our technology is new (developed & launched 6 years go) but our team is not (20+ years of experience).
