The Casper Retail team is looking for a dynamic Communication Manager. In this blended, multidisciplinary role, you will focus on building loyalty with our store teams, driving community & engagement across the fleet, & being a constant advocate & champion for both our customers & the retail field.
As the Communication Manager, you will have visibility to high-level strategic goals & will be responsible for the execution of projects & processes that help us achieve those goals. In working with internal cross-functional stakeholders, you will apply a field-first lens to all initiatives that are rolled out to the fleet, ensuring that the change management process is well-planned & seamlessly executed.
