FabFitFun is seeking a 3PL Sales Manager to join our team! As we expand our 3PL capabilities, we are searching for a seasoned Sales Manager who will initially oversee end-to-end processes including but not limited to, prospecting, contract negotiations, & account management. Ideal candidates have experience selling third-party logistics & are self-motivated to help build out this new product offering & capabilities. 

Location: FabFitFun is based in the Greater Los Angeles area in West Hollywood,CA. This role may require some travel to our Fulfillment Center located in Chino Hill, CA. 

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business & maintain existing accounts through sales activities such as inbound, outbound, referral, & outbound prospecting
  • Understand & effectively communicate the value proposition of our company
  • Ongoing coordination with the Fulfillment Center team to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction & resolve any issues that may arise
  • Keep abreast of industry trends & competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Partner cross-functionally to anticipate & solve development & integration challenges
  • Understands the communication needs of small, medium & large sized business customers, & designs solutions to meet those unique business needs
  • Identify arising business opportunities & build long-lasting trusted relationships of prospective accounts
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, metrics, & data analytics used for identifying opportunities & performance improvement

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success in driving sales & managing client relationships
  • Must have previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment selling third-party logistics (3PL) 
  • Proficient knowledge on warehouse management system, order management system, transportation management systems & services/products related to supply chain industry
  • Understanding of consumer product manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent communicator who is capable of motivating teams, collaborating with diverse groups across a large organization
  • Self-motivated, energetic, & driven with the ability to learn new skills that will enable you to grow with the role
  • Ability to understand competitor strategies, products & pricing patterns
  • Strong client service skills required
  • Process Driven: Builds long-term, sustainable approaches to workflow 

The expected base salary range for this position is $100-$130K. In addition to base salary, there will also be a personalized incentive plan (commission / bonus).

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, & education / certifications.
