Demand Generation Marketing Manager - New York, NY

Maven is looking for a data-driven, Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive the creation, execution & analysis of our lead generation efforts to build our B2B pipeline & accelerate revenue growth. You will partner closely with our Marketing & Sales organizations to fill our inbound funnel through both digital & traditional channels.

As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own the creation & execution of our cross-channel demand gen programs to generate new leads, qualify & nurture existing contacts & support the creation of sales-ready opportunities
  • Manage all channels for lead acquisition, including direct media buys, sponsored webinars,  email, SEM, SEO, paid social, display, direct mail, content syndication & referral
  • Partner with marketing operations & content to create nurture campaigns to deliver timely, targeted campaigns & drive the creation of MQLs
  • Partner with senior director of growth marketing to support the testing & optimization of the company website 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our content team to support the distribution & promotion of content across channels
  • Set metrics to measure channel effectiveness & continually optimize paid efforts in order to prioritize spend efficiently
  • Proactively collaborate with sales & sales operations to ensure that lead gen goals are aligned across all departments
  • Continually test & learn, recommend new channels, acquisition approaches & A/B tests
  • Create & manage project budgets & report on ROI
  • Analyze data to prove ROI & manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success

Were looking for you to bring:

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience driving demand gen programs for B2B
  • Proven ability to create pipeline & understanding of marketing KPIs & metrics (MQL, SQL, etc.)
  • Data-driven, digital marketer with a deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL & LTV)
  • Experience in a highly analytical role with strong hands-on experience, proficiency & enthusiasm for analyzing campaign
  • Experience with Hubspot & Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with website analytics, SEO/SEM, landing page optimization 
  • Execution oriented mindset - with the humility & drive to get it done  
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced & entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
