You are a strong conceptual with 3+ years of experience, media-agnostic thinker who knows how to bring a story to life across a user journey, utilizing any & all marketing channelsfrom old school direct mail to digital & beyond .

Youre comfortable pushing the boundaries of creative excellence while keeping an eye on delivering required results. You know how to partner with cross-disciplinary teams & work with creatives across every phase of the development from ideation to implementation.

You take ownership of an account but may also parachute into different projects/accounts that need an additional creative vision.

Day to day, you will work closely with the creative team to oversee & participate in the development of content assets (emails, direct mail, banner ads, social posts, videos, voice, long & short form articles, infographics, etc) & also with our Experience Strategy teams to define the role of content across channels & the customer journey, use customer research, social intelligence tools & analytics to understand what conversations are trending, what opportunities are for our clients to join & amplify them these conversations to drive brand engagement & conversions, & understand the performance of content for optimization.
