We are hiring talented & competitive fresh graduates / junior profiles that will take the role of Inside Sales - Partnerships Specialist (m/f/d)! We are looking for people that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment, will continue to speed up our growth across Italy & will help us expand our gyms network.

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious gyms acquisition goals & revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects & closing sales agreement with as many gyms, studios, swimming pools... as possible.

We are looking for a motivated, hungry & results-driven candidate, curious & with the willingness to work in a smart environment. The goal is to meet & surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid & sustainable growth.

Your role as Inside Sales - Partnerships Specialist (m/f/d):

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls & emails;
  • Understand gyms needs & requirements;
  • Find the right person to contact & generate interest;
  • Manage the commercial negotiation;
  • Close sales deals & achieve monthly goals;
  • Report on sales metrics & suggest improvements;
  • Research & discover methods to increase gyms engagement.

Requirements:

  • Junior/Entry level job: 1- 2 years of previous experience in business development/inside sales or customer care (inbound & outbound);
  • Mandatory: strong phone presence and cold calling experience, dialing dozens of calls per day;
  • Valuable: Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, hands on experience with MS Excel;
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills;
  • Strong listening & presentation skills;
  • Problem-solving & positive attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, & manage time effectively;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
  • Proficiency in English
  • Able to work autonomously but also in a team: constructive collaboration is a key value!
