Medallia is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing team focused on State, Local, & Higher Education. Your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing & sales to create & execute on lead generation campaigns. This position requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills & tight collaboration with Sales Directors to generate new opportunities. This person will be expected to report on qualification, call & email activity, & stay informed on all products & the Experience Management industry in general.
