  • Collaborate with & enable Pure Storages partners to develop, deliver & execute joint demand generation programs that identify new sales opportunities, generate qualified pipeline & drive product revenue in the Southeast Region.
  • Monitor progress & measure results of all key marketing campaigns conducted with/thru partners through regular pipeline inspection & opportunity deal tracking to ensure optimization of marketing development funds provided by Pure.
  • Present the Pure story & joint partner value proposition in front of small & large audiences.
  • Proactively represent partner priorities with Pures theater & global teams including field marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, global channel marketing & global alliance marketing.
  • Work with the Southeast Region Channel Account Managers (CAM) to ensure full alignment between partners sales & marketing campaigns & Pure Storage's strategic objectives.
  • Be responsible for the management of MDF funds & coordination of funding with the CAMs & the partners.
  • Guide partners in adopting & utilizing self-service tools & resources, such as the Pure Demand marketing automation platform.
  • Be the go-to marketing resource for the Southeast Region partner team.


  • Solid experience in driving pipeline through large volume resellers
  • Ability to develop & execute integrated marketing plans including, but not limited to sales lead management, event marketing, digital marketing & social media
  • Strong written & oral communication skills with ability to work effectively across functional areas/departments
  • Proven ability to work well with all levels of management & peers. Close attention to detail with emphasis on meeting critical deadlines.
  • Prior experience in budget management
  • Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically
  • Ability to negotiate with sales & other internal marketing groups & stakeholders
  • Strong Marketing execution skills
  • Expertise in marketing strategy definition & design
  • Performance measurement
  • Experience developing go-to-market plans
  • Good Project Management skills


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of sales & marketing experience in the technology sector (storage industry experience preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience interfacing with channel partners such as Value Added Resellers and/or System Integrators
  • Experience in marketing campaign development & execution
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills & detail oriented
  • Strong background in metrics tracking & analytical skills
  • Experience in a fast paced, team work oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Marketo solutions a plus.
