Title: Analyst, Pricing & Discount Strategy
We are looking for a strong analyst to contribute to the pricing function within our organization. In this role, you will contribute to supporting different areas of the architecture of price & discounts across brands of the HelloFresh group to maximize customer satisfaction & profitability. To inform this vision, you will establish & maintain different reporting functions such as competitive benchmarking & A/B testing. Keys to success will be about independently solving problems, developing multiple cross-functional relationships, & adapting to the needs of the business & working towards set goals. Attention to detail, quality of work & ability to understand & work within complex technical systems. This role reports to our Manager of Pricing & Discount Strategy.
You will
- Partner with the marketing teams to assist in delivering an optimal price & discount strategy
- Own deep-dive analytical projects that generate pricing & discounting insights & present key findings to cross functional teams
- Own the day-to-day processes & quality control including but not limited to segmentation, discount creation, data validation, testing workflows, documentation
- Collaborate with the analytics team to develop scalable reports & dashboards
- Partner with the Manager of Price & Discount Strategy on the testing roadmap & strategic next steps
- Collaborate with relevant teams (Marketing, Analytics, Product, Data Science, Engineering) to scope new opportunities around pricing & discounting & gather data requirements

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar platform
- Have a can-do attitude & willing to jump in & help where needed in terms of team initiatives

At a minimum, you have...
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Math or other quantitative discipline
- 2+ years of professional work experience, experience in pricing analytics a plus
- 2+ years of experience in Excel, SQL (or willingness to learn)
- General understanding of digital advertising (Adwords, Facebook)
- General understanding of econometric models (price elasticity of demand, revenue management etc)
