In this role, you will lead a team of marketers who are tasked with growing demand & awareness of HubSpot in the UK. HubSpot has been invested in growing this region since 2013 & we are ready to gear up for the next part of our growth spurt. Our regional teams are a big part of HubSpots success internationally & work very independently. In this role, you would have the opportunity to take control of HubSpots awareness & fieldwork alongside our sales & services team responsible for the UK. 

Your team is currently focused to grow demand, enable sales teams to close deals & drive awareness & brand recognition for HubSpot. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a marketing team & will know the ins & outs of inbound marketing. Were looking for an enthusiastic leader who will: 

  • Help us bring our market position in the UK to the next level
  • Scale demand in terms of leads & sign-ups for our free tools 
  • Level up our brand awareness activities by being a thought-leader for HubSpot in the UK
  • Execute & coordinate sales enablement projects to support our growth into the up-market SMB space

Your qualification ideally includes some or all of these areas: 

  • Experience running a regional market for an English global brand  
  • Strong storytelling skills (brand awareness experience, product positioning)
  • Experience building strong relationships with other brands in the UK 
  • Experience working closely with an up-market sales team 
  • Background of working with an inside sales team on an SLA based model 
  • 5+ years of team management experience 
  • Regional UK market experience 
  • Strong understanding of how to best drive regional campaigns with high impact 
  • Inbound Marketing background 
  • Thought leadership position in the UK market (known as a speaker or social media contributor)
