The Role:

Culture Amp is looking for a People Science Intern to support our education & enablement efforts - specifically the way we help people understand the scientific underpinnings of our Employee Experience platform. You enjoy distilling complex ideas into digestible information to help others learn & grow (and have fun doing it!). 

You will produce various pieces of content both independently & alongside People Scientists across the globe. Types of content include the following:

  • Literature reviews: summarize new, popular concepts for People Scientists to help keep them up to date on evolving HR issues

  • Blog / article / E-book writing support: translate literature reviews for lay audiences to scale marketing-related education efforts

  • Culture Amp Training & Support Guide: support on-demand training content development & strategic guidance in the platform (via Skilljar)

  • Presentation collateral: convert ad hoc People Science discussions with customers into repeatable, scalable presentations or training materials that can be facilitated by People Scientists & Customer Success Coaches

  • Webinar & Executive Roundtable presentations: Create slide presentations for use in PS-driven marketing activities

  • Ad hoc content development to support our fast-evolving product, sales & customer success strategies. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled in pursuing a masters or doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Education, Learning, Organizational Development, HR/Business Analytics.

Structure:

  • 6 Month Duration

  • This is a paid internship

  • Reporting to Director of People Science, Enablement
