The Senior Manager, Cross-Sell Sportsbook Acquisition is a newly created position in the Customer Marketing department focused on maximizing FanDuels ability to acquire customers onto the Sportsbook via other products.  FanDuel has continued to strengthen its multi-product offerings & requires a data-driven marketing leader to own cross-sell outcomes & build the Sportsbook customer base. The role will be instrumental in the developing the future of FanDuels ecosystem & approach to multi-product play.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Build & implement strategies to maximize player value after cross-selling to Sportsbook from other FanDuel Group products (e.g. Daily Fantasy Sports) via bonusing & decreased friction in product journeys
  • Work closely alongside the retention early-life team to understand critical drivers & key moments for cross-selling
  • Own & manage bonusing budget for customers cross-selling into Sportsbook
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with various teams across the organization to identify & report on key cross-sell metrics
  • Help implement a personalization framework across the CRM organization to better target customers for relevant Sportsbook-related promotions
  • Advocate for & be a role model of the Cross-sell Marketing Team to influence wider marketing priorities & product & technology roadmaps
  • Identify, grow, & develop top talent within the Cross-sell Marketing Team

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in retention marketing, growth marketing, and/or commercial with a focus on customer acquisition preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial or mentorship experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset & excitement around being part of a new team
  • Capable of communicating complex topics concisely to senior leadership
  • Able to influence decisions from a variety of stakeholders
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective & measure performance
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Proficiency in SQL & Tableau preferred
  • Ability & eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Customer focused
