About the Role
At WalkMe, Renewal Managers (RM) own a portfolio of renewal contracts of WalkMe customers across an assigned account base, per net new ARR targets. Our RM's work internally & with customer executives to develop a comprehensive view of customer goals & determine strategies to bring renewals to closure, & minimize renewals risk & financial attrition. You understand negotiation strategies & can orchestrate the resources across WalkMe to provide a unified path to secure renewals. You'll help maximize account growth by identifying incremental opportunities upon contract renewal. Renewal Managers report to the Director of Renewal Management.
