Summary:

Rubicons Advertising Automation Cloud platform is the worlds largest independent Monetization platform for Publishers. Rubicons Real Time Trading platform allows Premium Publishers to connect (safely) to all third party demand Agency Trading Desks, DSPs, Networks, & Exchanges. The Sales Director will evangelize the strength of the Rubicon platform in delivering a world-class monetization solution to Premium Publishers. This exciting role will be interfacing with key executives at leading online Publishers in an effort to drive customer adoption of the platform. This opportunity is tailor made for a stellar individual with the desire to work with an exceptional team & platform, while having a strong passion for what technology & automation can deliver for Premium Publishers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, close & grow relationships with media owners within the US through the merits of what the Rubicon platform can deliver for their business
  • Provide accurate pipeline management & forecasting against goals
  • Produce, execute against & exceed a quarterly account plan/forecast growth
  • Represent Rubicon at Industry events & seminars
  • Inform Rubicon executive leadership, client services & product managers of market trends, opportunities, & challenges

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree
  • Minimum 5-7 years sales experience selling SaaS software at a tech company, preferably in advertising or marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies & pricing models
  • Strong knowledge of how all forms of media are bought, sold & delivered both in the traditional channel & programmatic channel, e.g. Video, Audio, Digital Out-of-Home.
