CIC's project in Warsaw will be one of the largest innovation-oriented centers in Europe. Opening in 2020, it will be located within the new landmark on Warsaw's map, Varso, the tallest building in the EU, situated directly next to the Warsaw Central train station. The team in Warsaw is made up of growth, software development & recruiting teams working together with team members across many different CIC locations.
Your day to day work
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be helping support a portfolio of searches, facilitating engagement with colleagues on the Talent Team & across the organization, & communicating with candidates through email & in-person interactions.
Potential responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Supporting a portfolio of complex search processes, from start to finish, scheduling interviews & candidate visits, collecting paperwork, answering follow-up questions, & engaging with candidates over email & video conferencing platforms.
Engaging in sourcing & networking efforts to generate pipelines of strong candidates for your portfolio of searches. This may include posting positions, using social media channels, & designing strategic outreach campaigns to build the buzz.
Providing a positive experience to candidates throughout the entire search process.
Contributing to strengthening the team's systems, tools, & processes & taking on more responsibility over time Flexibility: while the Talent Team you apply to is based in Warsaw, this position will require you to cooperate with our US based Talent Acquisition colleagues as well.
Serving as a supporting member of the Talent Acquisition Team by managing various projects related to the core functions of the team & supporting other team members in their efforts.
Supporting the work flow of more senior members of the Talent Acquisition team.
Maintaining an organized interview calendar while determining priorities, working with the schedules of other team members, juggling professional commitments, & adapting to last-minute changes.
You are an articulate, ethical individual who thinks critically, understands the nuances of effective communication, & is interested in a career supporting the Talent Acquisition function for a growing global organization.
You are also:
Capable of independently supporting hiring processes while also communicating effectively with colleagues in a highly-collaborative environment.
Exceptionally organized & skilled at coordination, & exhilarated by solving scheduling & process challenges.
Able to balance an array of administrative tasks while playing back-up to the responsibilities of more senior members of the team.
Curious & excited to learn about the world of recruiting at CIC.
Comfortable asking for help when faced with uncertain situations.
Committed to work that you consider mission based, & able to see your work as an opportunity to make a powerful contribution to a larger effort.
Enthusiastic about building relationships with candidates & guiding them graciously through the interview process
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least one to two years of professional experience in recruiting or administrative support, including complicated calendar management.
An interest in a long-term role. We are a growing company, & we like to hire people who can grow with us over the years.
English proficiency at C1 level. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
Full-time employment contract, with a salary range between PLN 4.000 - 4.500 gross
