To further operationalize our diversity, equity & inclusion strategies, we are in search of a D&I Program Manager to help us make good on that commitment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with our Director of Diversity & Inclusion, People Leadership Team & D&I Task Force to develop & operationalize a multi-year strategy aimed at attracting & advancing underrepresented talent, promoting a culture of inclusion, & broadening the aperture through which we build & market our product 
  • Provide expertise, solutions, & guidance to our HR Business Partners, recruiters, L&D Partners, ERG Chairs, managers & employees on tactical ways to meet our D&I goals
  • Partner with the Communications & Employee Experience teams to draft & communicate our D&I-focused projects, events, & progress
  • Partner with our HR Strategy & Analytics team to develop & insightfully report out on metrics that measure progress & the effectiveness of our diversity & inclusion strategy
  • Evaluate & maintain relationships with external organizations (i.e., industry, non-profit, & university groups) that align with our strategic goals
  • Represent Squarespace at our speaking events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10+ years of in-house experience delivering D&I programs, including:
    • 4+ years working directly with senior leadership on D&I strategies
    • Previous HR experience & thoughtful understanding of HR practices, employment law & talent management processes, including performance management, compensation, internal mobility, engagement & retention
    • Experience analyzing numerical data, & translating analyses into meaningful recommendations to inform decisions
  • Experience drawing from technical knowledge, empirically based research & prior research to tailor solutions to meet the needs of an organizations unique culture & population
  • Demonstrate situational awareness & decision making skills
  • Bias towards collaboration: communicates often with peers & manages change with empathy
