Teads is looking for a Digital Design & Creative Strategy Intern to join our team. Are you capable of creating rich media ad formats (preferably for video & display) & able to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Key Responsibilities
- Run projects from start to finish
- Job split is - 50% design, 50% creative strategy
- Create & design Teads Studio ad formats
- Develop & maintain internal creative resources
- Innovate & deliver new solutions for ad portfolio
- Report into the NYC Creative Strategy team
- Source content found online & on social platforms for proactive creative projects
Qualifications
- Keen eye for designing in Photoshop & front-end design
- Designing & building cross device, high-impact creative formats (non standard IAB banners)
- Source creative from different platforms to generate proactive builds
- Build prototypes & demos for new or existing products
- Work closely with members of all departments, primarily Creative Strategy, Media Strategy & Sales, to gather project specs & deployment procedures
- Creating custom solutions for client requirements
- Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite expert Photoshop knowledge
- Excellent problem solving & communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management & communicate transparently with internal & external teams
- The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, & eager to exercise creative freedom
