The Payments Acceptance team at Wepay owns the core business logic that empowers merchants to receive payments & issue refunds. Our team is at the heart of payments processing, interacting with many downstream systems to perform risk verification, ledger money movements, & credit card authorization. As an engineer on our team, you will work on releasing both critical product features & infrastructure/scalability improvements. As a payments business, the features that we build will unlock new capabilities for our customers & allow our business to go after new markets & new customers. In addition, conquering technically challenging problems in scalability will allow us to meet the demands of our customers as we expand to new markets.
