The ServiceNow Developer will be a member of the People Technology Team (HRIS). This role is responsible for providing ongoing technical support & optimization for the ServiceNow HRSD & Workplace applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of ServiceNow developer/technical experience & 2-3 years of general developer/technical, or business experience, with a preference in HR technology space or supporting HR groups. Responsibilities: Performs day to day ServiceNow administration & production support, including workflow changes, & creation/updates to templates, tables, fields, catalog items, forms & notifications Creates & maintains ServiceNow landing pages, reports, & dashboards Updates and/or creation of JavaScript & scripting in ServiceNow Updates & changes using Flow Designer Supports security configuration & controls access to the application & its records Supports inbound/outbound integrations Proactively stays up to date in platform capabilities, research & recommend use of new ServiceNow platform features/plugins, to improve the user experience, improve process quality, & educate new team members. Creates & maintains system documentation & end-user training Updates & maintains internal optimization & enhancement roadmap for ServiceNow, & drives continuous improvements to processes & services Supports ServiceNow upgrades including planning activities, impact analysis, regression testing, & cutover Participates as a key project team member & SME for new ServiceNow application implementations Exercises judgment with procedures & practices to determine appropriate action Required Skills/Abilities: 1-2 years of ServiceNow developer/technical experience, preferably with ServiceNows HRSD and/or Workplace products 2-3 years of developer, technical, or business experience, with a preference in HR technology space or supporting HR groups. Handle confidential materials with discretion Strong attention to detail Preferred Skills/Ability ServiceNow Advanced Administrator certification Knowledge of or experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of or experience with Design Thinking methodology BA/BS degree
