Peloton Studios New York is located in the heart of Manhattan West. The 36,000 foot space is a destination for members to meet our world class instructors & the Peloton community in person! Members can experience LIVE production ranging from cycling, tread, yoga, & more. We are looking for an Assistant Manager of Events to be a part of our team!


  • Provide high-level customer service & hospitality to members.
  • Responsible for responding to all group email inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate group classes for Peloton all studio subject areas
  • Manage Group/Event Bookings calendar for all studios.
  • Track all incoming groups & post event success.
  • Coordinate with leadership on blackout dates for specific classes on schedule.
  • Respond to all group feedback quickly & professionally while following the accurate business protocols.
  • Liaison between production & studio operations for all group class communication.
  • Process all pre-event payments for all group class credits & pre-orders.
  • Manage all event set-up, tear down, & follow-up processes
  • Approve any special requests from groups & manage any unforeseen complications
  • Gather all milestones from members attending to enhance member engagement.
  • Partner with the Member Experience department for specific swag & surprise & delights.
  • Coordinate with the team to set up in the lounge space for groups that may require additional supervision (decorations, catering, gift bags, T-shirts, etc.)
  • Serves as an on-site point person for larger group classes at both studios to welcome & support any additional needs.
  • Assist with check in & tours when needed & manage guest registration at all group events.
  • Proactively seek ways to improve the group booking process through feedback from previous groups & implementing into future events.
  • Support Member Experience team as needed.


  • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years experience in customer service or hospitality industry
  • 1+ years working in events planning/coordinating preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Exceptional follow up & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding member support & problem solving skills
  • Must have a friendly & professional phone & email etiquette
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, early morning & late evening weekdays, adapting to meet the needs of the business
  • Have a positive, can-do mentality
