WorkFusion is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic pre-sales professional to join our Solutions Consulting team to drive sales of the WorkFusion Intelligent Automation Cloud platform across Fortune 500 banking customers & prospects. The Solutions Consultant assists customers & prospects in understanding the benefits & value proposition of the WorkFusion solution as it relates to specific banking use cases, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Onboarding, Etc. The Solutions Consultant engages as a WorkFusion evangelist with various customer stakeholders & is able to clearly articulate the benefits of WorkFusion at all levels across both business & IT, differentiating WorkFusion from the competition.
Providing pre-sales support across Fortune 500 banking customers & prospects
Working across multiple accounts that span multiple Account Executives
Communicating with key internal & external stakeholders to ensure sales success
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in both intelligent automation & banking operations
Facilitating discovery workshops to gather requirements that ultimately drive the sales cycle
Leading product demos & proofs of concepts that showcase the value of WorkFusion's solution
Remaining informed on industry trends & current events that affect our customers & prospects
Providing feedback & knowledge gained from customers & prospects to Product Engineering
Maintaining deep technical knowledge as it relates WorkFusion's platform & packaged use cases
Collaborating with Account Executives when responding to RFPs
Strong, demonstrable understanding of banking operations
5+ years of progressive experience in or supporting sales organizations (pre-sales, account management, product management)
Experience with a variety of technology solutions (e.g. intelligent automation, banking operational systems)
Prior experience in B2B pre-sales desired
Excellent oral, written, presentation, storytelling, interpersonal communication, & relationship skills
Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment, preferable sales or consulting
Display initiative, self-motivation & high-quality results while meeting expectations
Inquisitive, practical, & passionate about technology & sharing knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or engineering preferred
Willingness & ability to travel up to 50% of the time, post-COVID
