Do you have experience leading team leads/managers, do you always want to help your teams do better in an ever developing environment where change is the norm? 

As Merchant Foundations Operations Region Lead of the Nordic team, you will lead a team of Market/Accountable Leads who in turn lead 100+ Merchant Specialists. We are looking for someone who is experienced & motivated to lead from the front. You will be results orientated with total focus on enabling your teams to achieve & exceed the expectations of Klarna's merchants from onboarding through the entire merchant journey with Klarna.

What will you be doing? As the Region Lead you will be a key stakeholder for the business in the region making sure the merchants expectations/needs are met & their opinions are heard. You will be responsible for your regional team in terms of recruitment, performance & delivery. You will initiate & drive activities to continually improve & calibrate our deliveries to the needs of the merchants & the operational processes.
 
You will work closely with both internal & external stakeholders & will report to the Merchant Foundation Operations Group Lead.
