The Billing Analyst position will be critical to our customers experience. This candidate should have experience with billing subscription services & excel in customer-facing roles.
The responsibilities include daily invoicing & subscription updating, processing internal & external billing inquiries in a high-volume environment for our Billing & AR teams, as well as crafting a positive customer experience surrounding all aspects of Billing. The position requires working with & providing support to internal customers, such as the sales & the accounting teams. We are looking for a phenomenal teammate, with excellent analytical skills, efficient communication, & the ability to analyze & bring forth suggestions to improve processes.
This job requires someone who is diligent & can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position is very customer service-focused; you must be comfortable getting on the phones.
