Tripadvisor seeks an innovative & passionate Manager of CRM to drive execution of strategic communication plans for our members across channels & key touch points, focusing on inspiration, engagement, & retention. You will play a key role in spearheading new email & push strategies, guiding hundreds of millions of members through their traveler journey, & engaging them with useful & relevant content. You will help support new content & contact strategies based on industry trends, engagement data, & traveler needs.
You will serve as a subject matter expert on omni-channel communication, with an orientation around member experience & measurable engagement that drives short & long-term business results.
Reporting into the Senior Manager of CRM Lifecycle this is a highly cross-functional role working across Product, Marketing, Brand, Content, Engineering, & Analytics to deliver best in class CRM campaigns & journeys.
Responsibilities

Support & execute all member engagement communication across distinct segments

Brief copy & content requirements that deliver against a strategic approach to campaign & journey execution for all CRM initiatives across email & push.

Own the CRM calendar, managing date approval for campaigns, maintaining channel best practices, & sharing out updates & necessary communications across internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Brand, Marketing, & Product partners to ensure that communications are sent at the right time, with the right message, across the right channel based on industry trends, engagement data, & traveler needs.

Own the creation of technical specs, testing roadmaps, & execution of all email & push campaigns

Work with the Senior Managers to design complex automated campaigns & journeys, taking responsibility for their delivery using internal & external tools.

Ownership of campaign performance, engagement metrics, & overall channel health, including consistent & timely sharing of all performance
Qualifications And Experience
-
5+ years of relevant professional experience, with 3+ in ecommerce & email marketing, with strong experience in customer engagement, retention, & technical implementation

Experience partnering with data science & analytics teams to develop best-in-class models & diagnostics that drive performance improvement

Exceptional project management & organization skills, with a keen eye for detail, requiring minimal supervision

Lean-in, proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative & improve existing programs/processes

Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player & comfortable partnering with a variety of teams

Must exhibit superb verbal & written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results & communicating insights effectively
