Position Overview:

The Silverline Engagement Manager (SEM) is tasked with client, program, & project success. In this essential role, the SEM will develop & manage project lifecycles & delivery, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, deliverables, issues, & escalations. Critical to the success of our projects is the SEMs ability to set & manage client expectations throughout the course of the project & through transition to support (post go-live).

Primary responsibilities include overall responsibility for project success & customer success, as well as:

  • Optimize plans & resources to deliver maximum value to clients
  • Develop & nurture trusted adviser relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with project, leadership, & sales teams to bring thought leadership & the full force of Silverline to your engagements
  • Assist with Account Planning/Management & other pre-sales activities in new & existing logos
  • Lead project teams in development & execution of project plans including management of scope, schedule, budget, & quality
  • Leverage Silverline Intellectual Property to drive customer value
  • Influence & coach customers throughout their Salesforce journey
  • Coach, mentor, & develop junior resources
  • Make decisions that positively impact customer, departmental, & individual metrics

Core Requirements:

  • 12-20 years of consulting & project management experience, preferably within Financial Services (e.g., retail banking, commercial banking, insurance, capital markets, investment banking, real estate)
  • 5+ years of successful deployment experience (Financial Services Cloud knowledge preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of Agile Best Practices, & familiarity with PMI processes & procedures
  • Outstanding leadership & communication skills; very strong customer-facing skills

Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • certification (i.e., Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or similar)
  • Scrum Master Certification
