As a Writer Programs Manager you are responsible for overseeing our nascent programming for writers as it launches, develops, & evolves to meet writer & business needs & to help writers become their most successful selves. You will run a team of writer specialists working with writers on their careers, helping to identify excellent writers & deliver perks & benefits to them, as well as help them develop their skills & relationship with Wattpad to improve their opportunities.
